Personal Gifting FAQs

1. Can I include a personal message or card?

Absolutely! Every gift box includes a high-quality, complimentary card. Your message will be printed inside the card in a beautiful script font. Just add your personalized message when adding a gift box to your cart and we'll take care of the rest.

Prefer a handwritten note instead? We're happy to do that too - just include that request along with your personalized message.

2. Can I customize or swap items in a gift box?

Yes! While curated boxes come pre-selected, we're happy to tailor them to your preferences. Send us a message via website chat, our contact form, or email us at hello@giftofbliss.com.

3. Can I build my own gift box?

Yes! We're currently developing a Build Your Own feature. Until then, message us to create a personalized box using our available items. We'll help you design something special for your recipient.

4. What's the turnaround time for personal orders?

Most curated gift boxes ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take 3-5 business days depending on complexity. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

5. Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes! For orders where each gift box (shipping separately) is $50 or more, we offer free shipping. Just email your recipient list to hello@giftofbliss.com and we'll handle the rest. Contact us with any questions.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging upgrades?

All gift boxes come beautifully packaged with premium crinkle paper, wrapping tissue, our signature seal, and luxury satin ribbon or jute ribbon. For upgraded seasonal accents (like florals or holiday ornaments), just let us know!

7. What's your return policy?

We offer returns within 14 days on non-customized orders. Custom orders (e.g., with names or logos) are non-refundable. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the U.S. only but plan to expand soon!

9. How can I track my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can stay updated on its delivery progress.

10. Can I recycle or reuse the box and packaging?

Yes! We use recyclable materials where possible, and many customers reuse our boxes for keepsakes or future gifting.

11. Do you offer seasonal or limited‑edition boxes?

Yes! We often launch special seasonal gift boxes (spring, holiday, etc.). Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay updated on new releases and exclusive offerings.

1. What corporate gifting options do you offer?

We offer three convenient ways to shop:

• Curated: Ready-to-ship, pre-designed gift boxes.

• Branded: Choose from our existing designs and add your logo or company materials.

• Custom: Fully personalized gifts tailored to your brand, recipients, and budget.

2. Is there a minimum order quantity?

• Curated Gift Boxes: No minimum, order as few or as many as you'd like, perfect for personal gifting or small teams.

• Branded Gift Boxes: Minimum of 10 gift boxes, ideal for events, team appreciation, or quick-turnaround corporate gifting with your brand identity.

• Custom Gift Boxes: Minimum of 25 gift boxes, allowing us to provide a fully tailored experience with top-tier personalization and fulfillment quality.

3. What is your Bulk & Corporate order turnaround time?

• Branded or Curated Orders (10 to 50 gift boxes): These typically ship within 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation. If we anticipate any delays or special handling needs, we'll reach out to coordinate with you directly.

• Branded or Curated Orders (more than 50 gift boxes): These usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks after order confirmation. For larger quantities or boxes with made-to-order items, we take extra care to curate the freshest, highest-quality selection for your recipients.

• Custom Orders (25+ gift boxes): Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for consultation, design, and approval. The production timeline may vary based on the complexity and contents of your gift boxes. We'll clearly communicate lead time, production updates, and logistics before moving forward with your order.

4. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Discounts apply to orders of 25+ boxes. Email us for pricing, branding, and customization options based on your needs. Discounts depend on quantity and project scope.

5. What branding options are available?

We can include your logo on note cards, stickers, gift tags, belly bands, ribbons, and more. You can also send your own branded items for inclusion.

6. How is shipping handled?

We offer both single-location and multi-address shipping - ideal for remote teams or client gifts. Tracking is provided for each box, and we can help organize address spreadsheets if needed.

7. Can I make changes after placing an order?

For custom orders, you're welcome to refine any details or timeline as needed before final approval. This flexibility helps ensure the end result is exactly as you envisioned.

8. What is your payment policy?

Curated & Branded Orders: Payment is due at checkout.

Custom Orders: we will issue an invoice after design approval. Full payment is required before production.

9. Can you include company swag?

Yes! We're happy to incorporate your branded items into the gift boxes with advance coordination.
